Brett has been described as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. He is often told that his clients did not think they would open up and talk about their issues so easily.

Brett specializes in working with individuals and couples struggling to gain insight, understanding, and peace in their lives. Although everyone experiences uncomfortable and painful feelings at times, living with this on a daily basis can become overwhelming, lonely, and even frightening. Brett’s focus for treatment is to address the underlying fears and issues that are creating stress and provide support and understanding in a safe and respectful environment. Brett’s goal is to work collaboratively with each client, to thoughtfully address their concerns, difficulties, and to help them attain a happy, healthy, and a fulfilling life.

Brett specializes in relationship counseling, men’s issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, difficult relationships, and sees many client’s for other issues.

Brett has a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State in Sociology and a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology. Brett has worked in a chemical dependency in-patient rehab, partial hospitalization for the severely and persistently mentally ill, and worked with Child Protective Services as a contract therapist counseling parent(s).
