Lately something feels off.
You’re not in crisis, but you feel a sense of emptiness, maybe even numbness. You keep going through the motions, but something is missing. Perhaps somewhere along the way you’ve lost a sense of meaning, joy, connection… maybe even yourself.
If this describes you, you’re in the right place. You’ve tried the old way (self-abandonment, perfectionism, overthinking, constantly putting others first, etc.) and are ready for something new. You’re not looking for “quick fixes”—you want a TRUE change.
Welcome.
I am a postdoctoral psychologist with a PsyD in clinical psychology from California Southern University, and I’m interested in all the ways people can grow from difficult experiences. So, much of my work centers around meaning-making, self-worth, and the relationship we have with ourselves. My philosophy is that real change begins with self-acceptance—not because we have to remain exactly as we are, but because we cannot change what we are unwilling to accept.
I have experience co-facilitating an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Ethos Wellness in Cypress, where I worked with people going through an emotional crisis and other life challenges. This experience strengthened my ability to help clients develop practical skills while also exploring the deeper patterns underlying their struggles.
I work with adults, teens, and couples and provide an inclusive, LGBTQ+-affirming space. I also offer psychological assessments for teens, including evaluations for ADHD, depression, anxiety, and cognitive functioning. These evaluations are designed to provide recommendations for support at home and/or school.
If this speaks to you and you’re ready to meet yourself with more compassion and curiosity, reach out. Together, we will work to amplify your innate capacity for joy, meaning, connection, and growth.
