Our clinicians include individuals from a variety of disciplines who are trained to provide psychotherapy and/or psychological assessment:

  • Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) – Master’s level providers who completed training in counseling and psychology who are licensed to provide psychotherapeutic counseling services.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Interns (LPC-Intern) – Master’s level providers in route to full licensure who remain supervised by a fully licensed counselor while they complete the hours required for independent practice.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Master’s level providers who completed training in social work and counseling who are licensed to provide psychotherapeutic counseling services.
  • Licensed Psychologist (LP) – Doctoral level providers who completed training in psychology who are licensed to provide psychotherapeutic counseling and psychological assessment services.
  • Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) – Doctoral or Master’s level providers with expertise in aiding children and adolescents who experience academic, emotional, or behavioral difficulty at school.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst–Doctoral (BCBA-D) – Doctoral level providers who are recognized experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a science devoted to understanding and improving human behavior. Research-based ABA techniques are particularly useful in helping children and adolescents with challenging behavioral problems.

Our providers are not medical doctors and do not prescribe medication. Generally, psychiatric medication is prescribed by a psychiatrist or other physician.
