Individual Therapy
Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions with one of our clinicians. This is an effective way to address various mental health and emotional challenges. This is also known as talk therapy. A session of individual therapy can help manage symptoms that may have a negative impact on your daily functioning.
These are confidential, compassionate, non-judgmental sessions with a clinician who is professionally trained to address your concerns. If you are a dealing with a situation or condition that is causing you anger, conflict, grief, or stress, individual therapy gives you an opportunity to discuss and explore these issues candidly in a comfortable and private setting.
Individual therapy allows you to express your thoughts and emotions, evaluate and get feedback on your behavior patterns, work on solutions to help problem solve and resolve conflicts, and discuss your strengths and weaknesses. The number of sessions and frequency of appointments will be determined by goals, your needs and the recommendation of your clinician.
