To schedule an appointment, please call our office at 832-237-2673. (Note: appointments can not be scheduled by email.) We will be happy to assist you in selecting the clinician who is best able to meet your therapeutic, scheduling, and insurance/financial needs.

When you call, our staff will speak with you about scheduling your appointment, verifying your insurance, and answering any questions you may have regarding your visit.

Our clinicians are available for both day and evening appointments, with some weekend availability.

Preparing for Your Appointment:

Please arrive at your first appointment with your insurance card (if applicable), photo identification, and desired form of payment (check, cash, major credit card). All fees and co-pays are collected at the time services are rendered. If you would like to use your insurance benefits, please provide us with your insurance information prior to your appointment so that we may verify your benefits.
