I work with people who feel stuck in patterns like chronic shame, people-pleasing, fear of visibility, or feeling not good enough, especially when those patterns trace back to childhood emotional abuse or neglect. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can make sense of your story, reconnect with who you truly are, and feel empowered to move toward the life you want.

I was always drawn to learn how we grow through difficult experiences. Which is why my dissertation research focuses on posttraumatic growth in survivors of childhood emotional trauma, and much of my work is centered around meaning-making and self-worth.

I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Alliant International University (San Diego campus), and I am currently earning Doctor of Psychology at California Southern University.

My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I see adults, teens, and older children dealing with the aftermath of abuse, identity issues, difficult family dynamics, relationship challenges, or just a nagging feeling that something needs to change.

If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to work with you. I offer an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming space, and reduced-fee sessions under supervision, both in person and online. Bilingual (English/Russian).
