Houston Psychotherapists, Inc., is a group of licensed professional counselors, licensed professional counselor interns, and licensed psychologists who work together to provide a full range of psychological services to Cypress, Houston and surrounding areas. We provide specialized services for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families.

Houston Psychotherapists has joined with The Prism Center to offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that has proven effective in treating a variety of issues. Our IOP is for adults who are experiencing considerable distress, anxiety/panic, depression, interpersonal struggles and/or problems in coping and functioning. The program is a structured curriculum and includes psychoeducation, DBT and CBT skills, experiential exercises and mindfulness. We strive to teach specific skills to address each of our client’s individual needs. Our IOP is designed to assist clients to focus on here-and-now coping to feel better and to function more effectively and increase overall life satisfaction.
